Genesis Adaptive Hosting, INC. is required by law to remove or block access to customer content upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement. It is also Genesis Adaptive Hosting, INC. policy to terminate the privileges of customers who commit repeat violations of copyright laws. Genesis Adaptive Hosting, INC. will cooperate fully with any civil or criminal litigation arising from the violation of this policy.

Genesis Adaptive Hosting, INC. will accept counterclaims from it's subscribers. In order to expedite our ability to process counterclaims, please provide the claim in the following format:

If we receive a counter notification from our subscriber, we will reinstate the material in question unless we receive, during the period stated in the DMCA, notice from the Complainant that it has filed an action at the appropriate district court seeking a court order to restrain our subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
